In-depth Nutritional Therapy Consultation with Report 90-minutes £175
Child consultation offered at a lower rate
This consultation includes a detailed discussion of your health and life history, along with analysis of your current symptoms.
You will get a unique in-depth health report & analysis, with a personalised health programme that includes a 7-day menu planner with recipes & micronutrient analysis, a detailed dietary overview document encompassing all food groups, tailored handouts, analysis of blood test results (complementary included with initial consultation fee) and supplement recommendations with links to a discounted supplier. Your medication will be checked thoroughly for interaction with nutraceuticals.
This consultation can also include homeopathic recommendations depending upon your preference.
If you have an underlying health condition, ideally you should choose this type of nutrition consultation to get the best results.
Bite-sized Nutrition 60 minutes £100
This is a lighter option, focusing on one health aim accompanied by a review of your 7-day food diary. We will come up with a practical food based plan during the session that will work for you. Bite sized nutrition will focus mainly on food strategies rather than supplements.
You will get a brief summary of my recommendations along with supportive handouts.
This option is suitable for those who want to streamline their diets for optimal wellbeing and do not have any underlying health conditions.
Nutritional Follow-ups up to 60 minutes £100
Usually take place after 4-6 weeks when you first start on your programme.
These are important to support your body as it adjusts and heals. Your treatment plan will be amended as your body needs change in response to the treatment programme.

The initial session will look at all aspects of your health & well-being, looking at your health & life history, along with an in-depth focus on current symptoms and emotional well-being to enable me to find the unique remedy to suit your needs at this time.

Following up on your response to your chosen remedies and helping you move forward with your healing goals.

Homeopathy uses remedies specially chosen for you to raise your body's vital energy, bring about inner harmony and balance to enhance your body's healing power.
Shamanic Healing 120 minutes £120
Transformational healing focusing completely on your needs. A consultation includes time to talk about the issues you are experiencing, time for the healing shamanic journey to take place and then time for me to feedback to you and help you understand the healing after the session has taken place.
After your appointment, you will be sent a handout about how to integrate soul parts and your power animal, should that be relevant to your healing
Healing Session 1 Hour £60
I have trained in a number of healing practices and can offer hands on and remote healing which can include Reiki to support your well-being needs
Shamanic Healing and other healing sessions can take place in person or remotely, both are equally effective
All my healing sessions are available for both Humans and animals
Healing sessions for Animals 30 minutes £40
Pets love Reiki and healing sessions.
A shamanic healing session can give you a greater understanding of your pets needs.
Nutrigenomic (Genetic) Consultation £375
This package includes a consultation, along with a detailed report based upon an in-depth analysis of your genetic data along with your functional test results. I recommend Genova Metabolomix or NutraEval Test as a functional test to support interpretation of raw genetic data.
Functional analysis of routine blood test results £75
I offer an functional analysis of your routine blood tests. When analysed in this way, your blood test results can yield information about nutritional deficiencies and point to patterns of imbalances before they become a medical issue.
